Why do I need to book a room?
Optional sessions are provided on Thursday afternoon --- followed by a social hour. This is a perfect time to meet with some of the 250+ PEs and AGs from our 5 Districts (representing 10,000+ Rotarians.)
Stay the night and avoid the rush the next day to be on time for the Opening session at 8 am.

After the Saturday night dinner, mix with your fellow PEs and celebrate you new friendships at several hospitality suites. Stay the night and be fresh and raring to go the next morning.
