Yvette Palmer is CEO of CFO & Stuff LLC, a consulting company specializing in development of small and medium-sized companies. She holds a business degree from Massachusetts College of Arts summa cum laude and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire College.
She is a certified management accountant.

Yvette joined Rotary in 1989, and served as President of the Allentown West Rotary Club (PA) 1994-1995.  She served as District Governor in 2002-2003.

In 2008, she received The Rotary Foundation’s Certificate for Meritorious Service.  Other District positions which she has held include chair District Foundation Committee, Chair Finance Committee, Ambassadorial Scholarship Committee, Nominating Committee and Area 1 Representative in 1997-1998. She was Assistant Governor for Area 1 from 1998 to 2000.

Currently, she serves as Chair for District 7430 Major Giving and Polio Committees, has served as Foundation Area Coordinator for Districts 7430 and 7450 and worked for  3 years she as Strategic Advisor of 8 districts for the Rotary Foundation Annual Programs Fund and was Membership Zone Coordinator for 8 districts in Zone 32. Yvette chaired the Governor Nominee Forum for Zones 31 and 32 in 2004 and the Mentor Program at the Zone Institute in 2005. She represented the District at the Council on Legislation in 2007. She served as President’s Representative for District 7230 District Conference in 2004, District 7150 in September 2005 and District 5170 in April 2006.  In 2009, she chaired the Zone Institute Program Committee.  She is a Regional Vice-Chair for the Rotary Leadership Institute and a member of the Zone 31-32 Foundation Training Staff. Both she and her husband, Bill, are Paul Harris Fellows, Major Donors, members of the Bequest Society and Benefactors. Yvette’s husband, Bill, will become District Governor for D7430 in 2010-2011.

In addition to the Athena award for outstanding business woman of the year in Lehigh County, Yvette has received many awards in recognition of her leadership in the community, to acknowledge her service to the community and for her leadership in economic development. She and her husband recently received the Entrepreneurial Ambassador Award from Ben Franklin Technology Partners NA.  She has or continues to serve on several boards.
