The advantage of several districts joining and presenting a combined
upgraded training program for their Presidents-elect has been long
recognized. There are many multi-district Presidents-Elect Training Seminars
held throughout the world however, by far, the majority are in North
America. These North American multi-district PETS organizations have formed
an alliance for the exchange of ideas for the mutual improvement of all the
PETS programs. As the largest PETS in the world and one of the oldest,
Pacific Northwest PETS is a member of this Alliance.
